The ADR Services committee and invited guests will be holding a "Metadata Day" on September 10, 2013!

The purpose of this day is to review our current descriptive metadata standards for the repository, discuss the development of an aggregated search site for all ADR member repositories, and identify ways to incorporate more structured or linked data in the ADR metadata.

ADR staff will review current best practices and local standards for creating descriptive metadata, and committee members will present to their colleagues on topics including schema.org, BIBFRAME, Viewshare, and ResourceSync.
