Prospector will be down October 8th starting at 6am as the INN-Central and Encore servers will undergo an operating system upgrade from Red Hat 7 to Red Hat 8.  We anticipate that Prospector will be fully available early afternoon on Tuesday.  During the downtime, you won’t be able to access Prospector WebPac-Classic or Encore.  This shouldn’t affect access to RSB clients or your local Sierra system.  We will send out a message on the Prospector listserv once it is back online after the upgrade.
